Not Worth The Headache
ByRachael H.,Birmingham, AL, Verified Reviewer
Roommate bought these unknowing to me and put them down my bathroom and kitchen sinks. I’ve noticed the kitchen sink slowly backing up and the bathroom is completely blocked. Thought they were doing a good thing to keep smelling it. But I use eight bleach and Pine-Sole cleaning the house, it wasn’t needed. Now I have to hire a plumber to come to clean them out. Liquid fire and plunger not working.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

What Users Have To Say About Sani 360 Sani Sticks Drain Cleaner And Deodorizer
I am so excited, but I am disappointed that the packages came in damaged.
I usually don’t give reviews and don’t give 5 stars on items, but I do recommend this product for every home, office, or location where there is a sink and drain.
It works well, one stick in the sink, and you can put them in all the other places.
I am not sure if they should come like this, but I will let you know after using them.
I put them in all the sinks and tub and you will see the results. I do take a little bit for it to work but be pheasants with it and you will see the results.
Sani Sticks Review: Do Drain Deodorizer Strips Work

Many homeowners make the amateur mistake of taking their plumbing system for granted until something goes wrong, such as a slow drain or embarrassing odor.
However, most of these plumbing problems are easily prevented with some prevention methods. One such preventative method involves using Sani Sticks.

Sani Sticks Vs Green Gobbler Enzyme Liquid Drain Opener
Green Gobbler enzyme drain cleaner and Sani Sticks both use natural ingredients safe for your pipes to prevent a clog before it happens while eliminating foul odors quickly.
However, you only need to use a Sani Stick once a month, while you may need to use Green Gobblers products multiple times a day. While they produce comparable results, Green Gobbler cleans slightly better.
Cant Resolve Clogged Drain
While a no-brainer when it comes to preventing clogs, Sani Sticks cant break up a tough clog on their own.
A moderate clog may benefit from boiling water, an industrial-strength enzymatic cleaner, or a homemade drain cleaner made from vinegar and baking soda. A tough clog probably requires a chemical drain cleaner, a drain snake, or a plumber.

Unsatisfaction Of The Product

Rather than the advertised Sani Sticks keeping my drains clear, my drains kept clogging up worse than before the use of this product. A complete waste of $9.99 plus tax. I would not recommend this product.

Sani Sticks Sounded Like A Good Idea But
ByFran Helland,Alberta, Canada, Verified Reviewer
I saw the ad on TV and thought it sounded like a great idea so bought some a few weeks ago. What a disappointment! There was the faintest smell from one of the drains of the supposed lemon scent, but it didn’t last long. That particular drain seemed to take even longer to drain with the Sani Stick inside it until I ran a lot of hot water down there, which made some improvement. I am not sure about using the remaining sticks at this point. I am rapidly thinking they are a waste of money . Maybe someone else has a more positive experience!

Keep Your Drains Clean And Odor
“I can certainly recommend DrainStix to usage as this product is associated with a great number of advantages. One of the biggest advantages is that it is derived from natural sources that are completely safe for all types of septic and plumbing tanks.”

“I had a recurring drain fly problem in the master bath drain. Plumber checked the drain and said nothing was wrong with it. Tried bleach and hot water as well as baking soda, vinegar, and hot water, but the flies kept coming back. That is, until I used the DrainStix. I have not had the drain fly problem again and it has been about one year! I’m 100% satisfied with this product and highly recommend it!”
Dara Budder, Florida
“The DrainStix worked. It is a double sink so I put one in each side 3 weeks ago and I no longer smell that odor.”

Sani Sticks Are A Terrible Product
ByJudith F.,Ohio, Verified Reviewer
I purchased two packages of Sani Sticks. I used them according to directions for four months and my kitchen drains clogged. I hired a plumber to snake the drains and found that the Sani Sticks were the problem as they were a messy glob. Expensive lesson. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this product to anyone! I still have a partially used package but do not have my order number.

The Bottom Line On Drain Deodorizer Strips
Eliminate embarrassing smells and prevent buildup by using sanitation sticks roughly once a month. Sani Stick is the top cleaner stick on the market, but you have numerous products to choose from. If you do get a tough drain clog, look into additional methods to resolve the problem, such as a drain snake.
Wouldn’t Buy Them Again
ByVelma H.,Oklahoma, Verified Reviewer
Well, I saw it on TV, so thought I would give them a try! Bought some at Walmart. Well, my husband put them down our kitchen sink. Within few days our sink was stopped up! Had to pay someone to come out and unstop it! I put one in a cup of water and it just got a really gummy feeling! I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy them!

Complete Waste Of Money
BySarah D.,Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, Verified Reviewer
One of those products that sound smart online, but are a complete waste of money. Firstly, took ages to arrive. On opening, couldn’t be bothered even trying the product as the sticks broke into small pieces before I even took them out of the packet. Grrrrrrr!
Bought from several companies – product unusable each time.
Length of Use: Less than 3 months
