Do not just pull out the filter when the machine has water in it as the water will come out and you will get very wet or have a very wet floor as all the water in the washing machine will come out from there!

Cause : Clogged Waste Hose
If your washing machine does not automatically drain the wastewater, the machines waste hose might be clogged. To unclog the waste hose, remove the hose from the back of the washing machine by unclipping it. Then, clear it out using running water and a toilet snake. After the hose is cleared, snap it back in place on the back of the washing machine and try to use the machine again.
Check The Drain Hose For Clogs

Is The Water Pump Running Or Not
Its important to establish whether the pump is running or not. If the pump is running, but not draining out water, then we suspect a blockage somewhere. But if the pump is not running, then it could be a fault on the pump, something jamming the pump, or an electrical fault.

Check That The Drain Pump Is Working
If there is nothing that is blocking the drainage system, the problem might be with the pump itself. Without the power of the pump, the drainage system cannot function.
Replacing the drain pump is a job best left to a professional appliance repair technician, but you can do some investigating to find out whether you need to hire one.
